The economic and political situation over the last 12 months or so has led to some significant challenges and uncertainties for our small events company. Given these we have taken the very difficult decision to cancel UX in the City: Manchester for 2020 and focus on better delivering our other events. All ticket holders will be refunded immediately.
We haven't taken this decision lightly as we know our participants, speakers, sponsors and our team look forward to this event each year.
Unfortunately early indications of sales for 2020 show that we will likely lose money by running this event. We expect that the event will return in the future.
Ticket holders may choose to transfer their ticket to another of our events instead of a refund if they prefer. If you would like to do this please contact us.
Please do get in touch if you have any queries.
